- LZ is beach (sand) in front to north
- Caution about rotor spots; Goat Rock itself will produce rotor
- Wind can pick up quickly, watch for whitecaps, careful of blow-back
- Don’t fly over houses, cars, people
- Takeoff within 250 ft of parking lot
- There are bathrooms at the parking lot below near the LZ
