Rules
All pilots must have a reserve and a radio.
- Use of radio is obligatory. Flying radio frequency 143.890
- Do not fly over the city
- Do not fly West of the axis of the local airport runway
- Do not fly with notherly winds
- Before take off, call on the flying frequency 143.890 to check if the airport landing zone is operational
- Before committing to landing on the airport landing zone call on the flying frequency 143.890 for clearance
