Take the blue triangle highway 9 ( BeiYi RD )from XinDian, Taipei East through New Taipei. Ge off the bus at the 61K km marker. turn right along the dirt road. Follow roughly 1/2 km.
Or, drive the highway 5 from Taipei to Ilan, get off after the toll. Take the triangle 9 toward Taipei to the 61K marker.
