This site has both ridge lift and thermals. The thermals may require active flying.Access
The trail to launch exists, but it is overgrown a bit and can be obscured by vegitation. You want a local guide to lead you up to launch. You do not want to bush whack as the vegitation is too nasty to get through with a pack. Contact Victor at Hotel Rio, 322-222-0366, a local pilot who has repaired the launch site.
