Access
52 KM of Baku-Shamakhi HWY (M4 Road). After the Prickles Hill point or Safronova hill.
Turn right before the Cengi stone sign, foolow the road towards north till the river, then pass the river at East direction. You gonna see the road up to the Paragon from the East side(right) of the hill

Flight permission is preferable to have for flights over 500m above the landscape. Please contact RockStone club for permission from the authorities
