DESCRIPTION

Super cool winter site with a long ridge and great views of the river below. Do not fly here during the nesting season for the local birds of prey. Take caution as this is a cliff launch with associated rotor. This site flies NW on very light days, ie: no wind in valley.

From Kuna Idaho take Linder rd south through town. Linder will turn into Swan Falls Rd south of the New York Canal. Take Swan Falls Rd. south to Snake River Canyon Rim, just before Swan Falls Rd. curves right, down into the canyon, continue straight and take the right fork of a dirt road, look for flagging at launch on canyon rim.

Be mindful that this is a major nesting site for many birds of prey. Don't fly this site in the spring and summer nesting months. Contact local pilots for more info.
