As this is an abandoned salt-pan it is low lying area hence gets filled up during monsoon and not usable for couple of months after monsoon

This site is located northwest of Mumbai. This is well connected by railway as well as by road.

regulation

This is close to Mumbai airport hence permissions are required to fly in this area. Flying activities in this location are co-ordinated by Aqua and Aero Sports Association of Vasai. Unauthorised flying can get you into trouble with the authorities.
