Nobody had seen a paraglider pilot before. The site is opposite the local military camp [10.04968, -12.86504], with a sniper range 1.5Km to the SSE of take-off, by white deposits on the lower slopes of the hill there. Introduce yourself to the highest commander in the local camp to make your presence and intentions known. The camp is unmarked, but has military sitting around who will ask to see your 'piece' (ID).
