DESCRIPTION
A good ridge with a steep grass covered face overlooking the Tweed Valley to Coldstream. Works best in a n.n.westerly. The site can produce excellent XC conditions with plenty of flat farmland in front and the Cheviots behind.ACTIVITIES

If the wind is off to the north and light, leave for the landing field when you are just below take off (its a long glide with a 180 degree turn back into wind (HG)access
Head west from Kilham and take the first turning on the right. (200m) follow the road over the bridge to a T junction on the bend and turn left. Follow the road (1mile) looking out for the right turn to Downham Farm (up hill) Go through the farm (slow) as you pass the cottages turn right then up the track to a gate, park here if the pastures are either wet or in hay (if dry) drive up around the back of the hill and park near the stone wall at the topregulation
