It may be risky at turbulent weather and there is no emergency landing point. There is only crag and forest under you. wind speed between 10- 20 km/h is good to take off. Electric cables may be a risk near the landing sites in the city.

Getting to the takeoff site is cheap and easy by teleferic from the city center. You need to walk about 15 minutes in the forest after you get off the teleferic.
