DESCRIPTION

UKPPG Training School (March Aerodrome) is the UK’s Only 100% Dedicated PPG, CAA Registered Aerodrome with Full Planning Permission for PPG Training and Flying. UKPPG is a Friendly Location for all the Family to come along and enjoy. Our Aerodrome is located in the open Fenland countryside in a beautiful rural setting away from any obstructions or hazards offering fantastic cross country or local flying. We operate on a Full Time basis, offering PPG training 7 Days a Week from 8.30am to Half Hour Past Sunset. Facilities Include: Parking, Men's, Ladies and Disabled Toilets, Running Water, Changing Rooms, Clubroom, Training Room, BBQ Area, Indoor and Outdoor Seating Area, Self Service Tea and Coffee for Annual and Day Members / Students and Family Members, Members Lockers, Family Safe Viewing Area, Accommodation Available within 1 mile of the Aerodrome.

March Aerodrome has Predominantly a West-South-Westerly Wind Direction, The Aerodrome has no rotor or physical obstructions in any wind direction making for safe multi directional flying. The Aerodrome is in very flat surroundings with no change in altitude within a 25mile radius of the Aerodrome.

Take the A141 to March (Cambridgeshire), Along the March Bypass take the Crematorium Turning which is Knights End Road, Approximately 3/4 of a Mile on the Right is Cross Road, Once on Cross road, you will pass the Chickens Huts on the Left Hand Side and the Aerodrome is 2 Fields North on the Left Hand Side.
