Reduced area in front of the promenade. Quite easy in medium winds (5-8m/s measured at take off), ask for help in stronger conditions (you can try to launch from the 'shelf' in front of the take off - be careful when launching from 'the shelf' or the beach because it may be far stronger at higher altitudes).
