DESCRIPTION

P.G.: Beach under the Northern site there is no opportunity for beach landing between half and full tide similarly under the south eastern site bottom landing at between half and full tide is minuscule. North side does have a option to glide down to the far beach to the west and land on the grass alongside the trees.(this is a pretty easy glide so long as you are not super low already)
